Shungu is a lawyer by training with over sixteen years of experience in Executive Leadership roles for corporates and startups. She is a Certified Integral Coach® and Certified Breathwork Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.  She coaches Founders, C-Suite Leaders & Top Teams and is a Sessional Faculty Member at University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Shungu is a Barrett Values Centre Certified Organisational Culture Assessor and is passionate about human-centred Organisational Design.

He has proven, high-impact results in Strategic Growth Enablement, Portfolio & Programme Management High-Value Project Leadership, Business Process Enhancement, Transformation & Change Management, Strategy Advisory.

Emilio finds meaning in applying physical and behavioural science practices to solving for Individual, Organisational and Societal dilemmas. He uses evidence-based insights to reframe decision-making and change practices to improve cooperation dynamics. This human-centred approach is enabling important workplace shifts leading to sustainable improvements in mental, financial and physical well-being in both the public (Education, Health and Infrastructure) and private (Pharmaceutical and Financial Services) sectors. He is also Co-Founder of HeartLinc.

Taffy is a social psychologist whose passion is understanding how individual, or group behaviour is influenced by the presence and behaviour of others. Applying a wide range of Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) approaches, Taffy is skilled in crafting bespoke interventions to address changes in social norms, structures, and individual behaviour arising within organisations, in particular during times of uncertainty. Taffy is Maslow Certified Organisational Culture Coach (MCCC) and PROSCI Change Management Practitioner. She is Sessional Faculty at University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and Co-founder of the Communication for Development Consultancy, Emergo.

Margaret’s approach is defined by an understanding of grief as a whole-person experience and multifaceted response to a wide range of losses within the context of change.
