The Integral Coaching® approach engages the whole being, recognising that people are multifaceted beings with unique needs. We believe that people are not defined or limited by labels, positions or roles in life and society, so, the coaching process is inclusive, all-encompassing and highly individualized.
The Coaching at End of Life® methodology affirms the normalcy of the process of grief as a natural – whole being – response to loss. We understand that loss is wide-ranging and is the experience of the end of something as you knew it. From loss of health, relationships, jobs, security, disability, trauma and indeed death, we create a safe space where people can feel free to share their grief without censorship.
History often reemerges during times of crisis or trauma. We give support to individuals, families and groups who want to explore, understand, and sometimes resolve problems that arise because of the past.
We believe in giving our clients the opportunity to reflect deeply on their unique life experiences. We welcome self expression without censorship and offer the space to identify, create and embrace their new normal.
We see teaming as the collective imagining of what can be achieved towards a common purpose which is expressed as a willingness to collaborate in the act of building together – through the skill and creativity of each individual – what is envisaged as possible.
We work to motivate teams, and foster learning in groups, by exploring cutting-edge techniques such as breathwork, coaching, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and group facilitation. Our approach will suit organisations that want to improve communication, enhance productivity, create agility and generate innovative ways to problem solve.
Change affects leaders and teams in different ways. We design bespoke interventions that equip the entire organisation to manage, engage and communicate effectively when navigating uncharted territory.
