Inquires into a team’s shared principles, values, and desired behaviors which are the shared foundation for team cohesion and collaboration.

SYSTEMIC

Assesses structures, ways of working and how processes and platforms enable shared understanding of, and alignment to, the vision mission and desired culture of the organisation.

CONTEXTUAL

Intentionally working for measurable impact both within the organisation and in society. Internally, through a culture of learning, innovation and regeneration daily work. Externally through alignment of the work to a more extensive purpose of how an organisation creates value for all its stakeholders taking a whole system outlook.
